We partner exclusively with DHL to handle all domestic and international logistics, ensuring your orders arrive safely and reliably.
1. Shipping Within Germany (Domestic)
All domestic orders are processed and shipped via DHL Paket.
Delivery Timeline: Usually 1–2 business days from the time of shipment.

Delivery Options: Includes delivery to your home address, a specific neighbor, or a local DHL Packstation.
2. International Shipping
International orders are handled from start to finish via DHL Paket International. We ship to the following regions:
European Union (EU):
Delivery Timeline: Typically 3–7 business days depending on the destination country.
Shipping Cost:
Rest of the World (Non-EU):
Delivery Timeline: Typically 7–20 business days (subject to local customs processing).

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For Non-EU Customers)
For shipments outside the European Union, your order may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs procedures can occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is scanned at the DHL depot, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a DHL Tracking ID. You can track your shipment’s live progress at any time on the official DHL tracking portal.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
All DHL Paket shipments are automatically insured up to €500. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately at g.g_fashion2024@yahoo.com so we can initiate a formal inquiry with DHL.
