Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods.

Conditions for Return:

• Products must be in their original condition, undamaged, and fit for resale.

• All original packaging (shoe boxes), labels, and accessories must be included.

• Trying on products is permitted only to the extent that it would be possible in a physical retail store (e.g., trying on shoes indoors on a clean surface).

Return Costs

Dorian Garciu will cover the costs of returning the goods. Please contact us at g.g_fashion2024@yahoo.com to receive a return label.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days. We may withhold the refund if the goods show signs of wear beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
